GCR has certified network technicians, MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist), Project Management Professionals (PMPs), certified database administrators, and certified web professionals. Our team is tenured and experienced. From desktops to servers, the GCR staff can provide the appropriate skill set to address installation, updates, design, security, and equipment issues.

GCR has a 24/7 help desk and emergency response line. Our help desk is a two-tier system (Levels I & II). Level I support is provided by analysts with broad knowledge of the products they support. These analysts handle the majority of all issues. Level I support is provided by phone, email or web request.

Level II support is provided by product and technology area specialists who focus on one or more aspects of a GCR product in detail. Level II personnel do not normally interact directly with users, but communicate solutions through the Level I analyst who “owns” the problem.
