GCR has extensive expertise in GIS technology and understands the power and benefit of geographically driven information. We have been a business partner with Esri, Inc. for almost two decades. GCR has scores of GIS applications that have been developed in ArcIMS and ArcGIS Server technology.

• GCR has developed and deployed ArcGIS Server solutions for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Entergy, the Louisiana Secretary of State, the Federal Aviation Administration and many other clients.

Local, state, and federal agencies rely on GCR’s expertise in GIS and demographic data for daily operations. This includes an enterprise-level management system for state-owned buildings through the Louisiana Division of Administration; national transportation projects for the Federal Department of Transportation; and GIS-managed land acquisition projects for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Additionally, GCR has been called upon for numerous GIS-related recovery efforts post-Katrina, Rita and Isaac. We have assisted FEMA with GIS management systems during the immediate cleanup efforts and currently assist with GIS parcel-level data management for the Road Home Program.
