IPM (Infrastructure Project Mgr.)

Infrastructure Project Manager
Infrastructure Project Manager (IPM) provides a framework to organize information and achieve more effective control of projects.

With IPM, a capital improvement program can be effectively managed from the planning and grant stage through close-out, ensuring that projects stay on time, within budget, and are properly funded.

IPM fully integrates into an existing information technology infrastructure and can interface with any major general ledger or accounting software package. Historical data can be imported into IPM to ensure that reports include all data, not just the data that has been input into the system since IPM was implemented.

IPM includes numerous standard reports, DOT and FEMA forms, as well as customized forms to meet different business needs. To enhance the understanding of an incident, an unlimited number of graphics and other files (such as photographs, drawings, scanned exhibits, documents, etc.) can be attached to each activity record.

A Geographic Information System (GIS) record is also associated with each activity, providing a facility-based perspective of the incident.

A reporting module provides critical reporting and communication. Reports are disbursed via email, fax, or hard copy. These records can be queried and analyzed to determine trends and vulnerabilities. Depending on the nature of the activity, various reporting levels can be established, providing notification of different individuals and organizations.

IPM does more than just complete paperwork. IPM also provides numerous reports detailing everything from project schedule to cash flow analysis.
