State & Regional Aviation Systems
GCR’s AirportIQ System Manager (ASM) is the cornerstone of a suite of applications developed specifically for state or regional aviation systems. These applications are used to manage information related to airport facilities, capital improvement projects, aeronautical activity, aircraft licensing, aeronautical studies, and many more. These modules can automate a state’s business processes, while making interaction with airports and the public efficient, expedient, and cost effective.
Aviation Systems Management
AirportIQ System Manager (ASM) provides numerous modules specifically designed for state or regional aviation systems.
With ASM, an agency can effectively manage a system of airports, keeping track of inspections, activities, capital development, reporting and more.
- General Facility Information
- Facility Inspections/5010
- Project Management
- Grants Management
- Aircraft Activity Data
- Document Library
- Aircraft Registration
- Aeronautical Studies
- Land Parcel Data/GIS
- Project & Grant Management
The project and grant management module provides complete management of a state or region’s airport improvement funding program. The system includes:
- Project Data and Scheduling
- Project Budgets and Cash Flow
- AIP/CIP Management
- Project Payments
- Project Priority Rankings
- DBE Program Management
- Contract Administration
- Land Parcel Data/GIS
- Facility Inspections
The 5010 Inspection module allows airport inspectors to store and update all inspection data within their system, and then automatically upload it to the FAA. This allows the inspectors to maintain and use their inspection data immediately, without waiting for the FAA to update it through NFDC.
GCR has developed a mobile 5010 Inspection app that allows field inspectors to record and update airport information immediately using an iPad or Android tablet.
Aeronautical & Obstruction Analysis
GCR’s Aeronautical Studies module provides analysts with the tools necessary to effectively analyze potential obstructions to navigable airspace resulting from aerial obstructions. This system provides integrated mapping, complete with the airspace surfaces of all airports potentially affected by the obstruction.
Aircraft, Pilot & Facility Licensing
For states that license aircraft, pilots, or facilities, GCR’s modules are specifically designed to provide these functions in a manner which is integrated with a client’s other core functions.
AirportIQ DataCenter is GCR’s online repository for detailed operational statistics for US IFR flights, allowing detailed querying and reporting on this data to produce reports and data sets tailor made to the needs of each client.
